This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as USA, UK, Canada, Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc. On almost all products we provide tracking number for our customers.

Because we ship some of the products directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 12-22 business days to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way :)
For some products we deliver in 7-14 business days.

WHAT DOES BEING PROCESSED MEAN? 

Boundless Shop received your order and are printing / quality checking and are preparing your order for shipment. If your order has been processing for more than two days then the time is out of stock and we are awaiting the arrival of more. 

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL...WHAT'S GOING ON?

Check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.

I ORDERED 2 ITEMS, WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE ONE? 

Since Boundless Shop are not like any of the other stores around,  when you order multiple items at a time they will be shipped separately (item that's ready shipped immediately). You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!  (we promise).

I JUST ORDERED A PRODUCT. WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?

Our products are produced on demand so it depends. Maybe in a few days, maybe not for a few weeks. T-Shirts usually get printed and shipped within 4 days after you order. Once we ship your order, it should get to you in a few days (United States) or a few weeks (everywhere else). We’ll send you an email when it ships. If you're still not sure, you are welcome to contact us. Each item has a different shipping time which mentioned on the product page. Some products are delivered straight from our manufacturers in china and some from our manufacturers in USA.

HOW ARE YOUR SHIRTS PRINTED?

We use DTG printing. Direct to Garment (DTG) is a method where a printer directly applies the ink onto the t-shirt with inkjet technology. It involves a special printer, which prints the ink directly onto the garment in the desired design. DTG uses specialty inks, which are absorbed by the fibers of the garment.

I ACCIDENTALLY MESSED UP MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AND/OR SHIRT SIZE. WHAT TO DO?

If this happens to you, just email us as soon as you can and we MIGHT be able care of it. However, we can't make any promises. All of our shirts are printed on demand so we usually start immediately after you order and it ships out the same day. If your order has already been shipped, take heart. We'll still try to make it right. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so within 24 hours.

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method that was used at the time of purchase. It typically takes 2-3 business days for the funds to process back into your account. If your order has already started the production process or already been shipped, you must follow our Returns and Exchange policy in order to receive a refund.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT?

We do accept exchanges within 30 days of your receipt of the product. We only ask that these items are not worn or washed and will be in the original package or box.
